Damien has been Executive Chairman of Mineral Road Discovery since May 2025 and Interim CEO since October 2025. He leads the company's focus on the Bergslagen Tungsten Project in Sweden and the strategic review of its Australian projects, Leigh Creek Magnesium and Allaru Vanadium.
Career
Decades in the capital markets
Damien has worked in the small public capital markets for multiple decades, focused on the early-stage development and financing of venture companies. Mineral exploration has been his focus, around the world, alongside investments in technology start-ups.
He has taken part in raising hundreds of millions of dollars for exploration. Teams he has led or been associated with have founded, invested in, developed and sold projects across a range of commodities and jurisdictions.
